By creating a Suit account or using any application made by The Spades Company, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

The Spades Company builds and operates software applications, available individually or through the Suits subscription. We may add, modify, or discontinue features or applications at any time.

3. Suit Accounts

A Suit account is required to access most features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions, Billing & Suits Tiers

Suits subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis at the rate in effect for your selected tier at the time of billing. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to violate any law, infringe on intellectual property rights, distribute malware, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload or submit for processing, such as documents or audio files. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the requested service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

7. Intellectual Property

The Spades Company's applications, designs, and brand elements are our property. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our intellectual property beyond what is necessary to use the service as intended.

8. Third-Party Services

Our services may rely on third-party infrastructure, including hosting and payment processing. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services outside our control.

9. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Spades Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use and canceling any active subscription.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
